I use the phytoestrogen and bone nutrient and feel great. I've had a complete hysterectomy at age 21 and am now 58. Took the plunge to get off hormones about 1 1/2 years ago since I have a sister who had a stroke in her 40's and another sister who died if breast cancer at age 40. I feel great. Rarely have a hot flash, feel good sexually and have had no mood swings. I also use the LLV. Recommend it whole heartedly!!!
