I was told I might have some hormonal issues, but it's not a complete diagnoses yet since I don't really want to go to a dr. At times I have been to a chiropractor for tight muscles and a couple other issues and for regular adjustments. What would be the best oil(s) to use to help with this issue? I do have wild orange, lemon, digesten, peppermint beadlets for now, and while at work (8-3) there is onguard being diffused. I wanted to use oils if I could before I went into a natural dr probably.
