It's not an oil but maybe he wasn't taught the rules (ours is probably one ofthe most difficult to read/spell with as there's little consistency with "rules") or just not in a way he could grasp as firmly. There's a website called All About Learning that has both reading and spelling programs that may explain things better. We homeschool and plan to explore this program.

i've also used bergamot on my 5yo, back of the neck, to help with attention/focus. she had her best archery score that time :)

Client with 15 year old wonderful young man....no behavior problems, good
in all subjects in school but Reading and spelling are almost impossible
for him...Has anyone ever heard of this....Does anyone know which oils work
on which side of the brain and which side of the brain controls the
reading spelling?
