Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: help for abscessed/infected tooth!

Keep doing what you're doing as well as what Pat and Sue said. I would also use Purify on the lymph. See if you can find a lymph drainage video or directions and use the Purify with a bit a massage on them to clear the fluids out. I personally find that using Purify anywhere on the body will push out infection (pimples, boils, etc).  The less aggravation you can create in your mouth the better. Fresh-pressed juices, smoothies, mashed veggies, etc with enzymes will save you chewing.  I got rid of an infection in my tooth (pre-doTerra) by juicing and detoxing. I couldn't even have air touch my tooth it was so bad.

And yes, any infection can cause a cold or other weaknesses in the immune system.  Let us know your results please!

Did you get your tooth removed after all? Does sharp foods hurt the healed gums etc? I'm worried about cutting the gums or hurting them when trying to chew food.

I have an infected tooth now. It's a bottom molar. I've been in pain (not severe though) since before the new year, but can't get into my dentist until Jan 28th!!! I now have a cold which I wonder came on partly due to the infection???? Anyway, I started doing the oil pull and wonder how long it will take to clear the infection? I also have been taking the new On guard soft gels all day and drinking warm drinks with honey, cassia & lemon in it every 3 hrs. It seems like the infection is leaving the tooth and collecting in the gum beside the tooth now. Does this mean the infection is being removed???? My glands on that side are very sore to the touch (yeah I know....quit touching it!). If the infection goes away from doing the oil pull, would I even need the tooth removed or root canal???

Thanks for taking the time to read and answer this post, I appreciate it, since I'd LOVE to hear some thoughts about NOW, but I'll try to be patient. ;)

Are there any oils that will help me with the pain of waiting for my
dental appointment for a major root canal?  I have used clove for the
pain but hot food or drinks make it flare up immediately and also I'm
feeling really bad overall like when you have an infection...which
obviously I do.  I am also severely allergic to most antibiotics so I
don't want to have to take them.  Any help is SO appreciated.  Thank
you!
