Re: [Everything doTERRA] Abridged summary of Everythingessential@googlegroups.com - 32 Messages in 21 Topics

I am looking for a weekend cleanse.  How is it done and what oils do I need.  Then do I go on PB assist or what?  Can anybody help me?

Thanks Betsy

You would basically be making your own blend which is not always a good
idea. Use what you can would be my opinion and substituting Orange for
    Lemon would be my suggestion.

You may want to try regular extra virgin organic coconut oil at night and
see how it goes. FCO is not heavy enough for my red, dry sensitive face.
