[Everything doTERRA] Slim and Sassy Blood Sugar

When my friend uses Slim and Sassy internally she gets the shakes.  She can apply S&S topically without problems but she really wants to use it internally 

to loose weight.  She is in her 40s and is not diabetic.  Anyone have any experience like this?  Any solutions?
