If I understand your question correctly, it's a sinus infection and not a sinus problem. What I did for my child twice and worked well for him was a blend of Frankincense, Onguard and Oregano in a capsule, 4 drops each for adults, three times a day. I halved the drops of oils for my child. I also let him wear a mask over his nose with a drop of Eucalyptus near the nostrils throughout the day until the infection is cleared and the drippy nose stopped. His skin is sensitive to Eucalyptus that's why i use the mask.
