I love the beadlets for ease of using. The OnGuard to keep my immune system in check, I just pop a few in my mouth and swallow them, and the peppermint I sit on my tongue and let them dissolve, when they do you have a burst of peppermint in your mouth. As soon as the peppermint releases I breath deeply through my mouth and get a splurge of energy and mental awareness.
