I have a REALLY bad problem with cold sores, especially when stressed or my body is a bit sluggish and my immune system is compromised. I tried all the oils I had....Melaleuca, Peppermint, LLP, OnGuard, Frankincense, Oregano, etc. While they seemed to maybe shorten the life span of the sore, they didn't help with the pain in anyway. Then I tried the lip balm my 14 year old daughter started to make for her store. It was amazing. It was a nice barrier to take away that feeling of my skin being eaten away. It cleared it up in a couple days, compared to a couple weeks. This past weekend she made a healing salve to try, which is similar to the lip balm. Last night I came home with a start of another nasty cold sore. I put that healing salve on and it was gone by the end of the night! Check her stuff out....you can certainly make your own or get some from her...it is reasonable. You can find her and a link to her store at www.facebook.com/kellessentials.mn

You can use the beadlets both ways you described. I like the beadlets
because they're easy to carry with you. The oil is decidedly easier to
