Things can be out, but a simple solution is to have them do it on the paper forms, and tell them you will enter it within the next 24-48 hours. I have found anything out longer than that and you customer gets exactly what they want without any hassle or upset.

Yeah the Family Wellness Kit was also out....but they got a Nat Soln kit instead! What a better deal for them--
