[Everything doTERRA] getting oils in hospital

I have an IPC who thinks she might be able to get the oils in a hospital but doesn't know how to go about it.

Does she try and sign the hospital up as an IPC?
Who does she get in touch with? Administrator? Doctor? Nurse?
Does she just try and service it herself? If so, how many Ace Diffusers? How long do they run?
What oils? Maybe Lemon, Lime, Wild Orange, Citrus Bliss, Balance? How long should each bottle last in the Diffuser?
How many bottles a month?

Does anybody know the nurses at Vanderbilt who got the oil in the ER there?

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated?
