I used it as often as needed, somedays I used it every 15-20 minutes. I put around belly button, and on chest also to keep from throwing up. I also went ahead and used the FluBomb so I had Frankincense, Oregano and Onguard in a capsule 2-3 times a day depending on how bad I was. I think that helped me get over it quicker, and I was not as sick as a friend that came down with it the same day.
