Ellen, I don't care for it in my water either. However, I don't mind a drop or two under my tounge... I just hold it there for a few seconds. Then, I put one drop of a citrus in my water... I find the grapefruit and orange taste the most natural in water -- and only one drop per 20 oz or so. More than that and I feel like it is a waxy oily taste.
