Re: [Everything doTERRA] Frankincense testimonial

Wow! Thanks for sharing. I will try this today.  I am often short of breath when exercising too (lung damage from several bouts of pneumonia).

Hi Everyone, I wanted to share a testimonial my family experienced yesterday. Following convention, our family decided to visit several state parks in Utah. We were in Bryce Canyon yesterday, and did a trail from the rim of the canyon, to the canyon floor, and back up, which included a gain and loss of 1100 feet of elevation.

My mom has cardiomyopathy, and I have an ejection fraction on both sides of the heart that is less than ideal, this means the heart muscle doesn't pump as much blood as needed to the body, so I am frequently short of breath with exercising. As we began the ascent back up, it was very very difficult and we both struggled with air hunger and rapid heart rates. We had our oils so we put frankincense on our pulse points and under our tongues to increase oxygen flow. No joke, we could tell an almost immediate difference. While the hike remained strenuous, we didn't feel starved for air or feel anxiety about continuing. Instead, we were able to enjoy the hike and will treasure the memories of that day.

So thankful for our oils!
