[Everything doTERRA] Re: "brain zaps" or "brain shocks"

She has likely decreased by too much too fast.  She needs to work with her doctor to titrate the dosage more slowly to avoid this type of withdrawl.  The newer SSRIs and especially the SSNRIs are extremely hard to come off of and this type of "zapping" can occur even when just taking a regular dose late.  I find that Serenity helps - I apply to my heart area and wrists....

I m asking for my friend who is in desperate to get rid of brain zaps that is driving her crazy. She has not withdrawn her anti-depressant medication but decreased in dosage two weeks ago. She told her doctor and he said to give it time to adjust and the zaps would disappear but its been two weeks. She is trying to decrease the medication slowly and maybe stop. She is taking LLV, I think two weeks now? She likes LLV.  So she asks what oils are possibly helping with zaps????
