RE: [Everything doTERRA] Re: terrible rash on forearms

Hi  Everyone,

I agree with Pat and I also went through a period of severe rashes that I have documented photos of.  On my forehead, my lower legs and some other spot rash incidences.  Putting on oils to soother it actually made it even worse.  I was on fire all of the time.  My go to choice right now when the toxins break out if Correct X and works phenomenally.  I realize that everyone is different yet it is worth a try.

Happy Holidays,

Trish

May I suggest a cleanse. Typically an outbreak through the skin is the bodies defense mechanism when trying to rid the body of excessive yeast. You may want to look at the attached cleanse suggestion.

Christie, I noticed that Sheri has not answered your question.  I am no expert, but I have read that distilled water is "thirsty" water, meaning it attracts the mineral to it and ends up flushing them from your body, rather than adding to your body.  It becomes like a magnet.  Same thing with processed sugar and bleached white salt.  The minerals have been removed, presumably so they can be sold back to you in the form of supplements.  Unprocessed, unbleached is best.  Some of this I read in the book "The Ultimate Healing System", by the author  Donald Lepore.  Here is a link to it on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/The-Ultimate-Healing-System-Illustrated/dp/1885670087
I hope this is helpful.

Hi Lisnry - i am glad you getting better!!  Sheri - can you expand on the no distilled water?  I've found a LOT of "recipes" that call for it.  None i have tried yet, so am glad i saw this first.   Thanks, Christie M

I have a rash on my forearms that itches so bad that they tremble.  I have been taking LLV in full strength for the last week.  Before that I was taking it half strength except for the Xeomega.  The rash started on the back of my hands, looking like the eczema that I usually get this time of year, but then it spread, which isn't typical.  The doctor prescribed prednisone which, from what I have seen, has worse side effects than what I am feeling right now!  I really don't want to take it, but I can't identify this rash, nor can I make it go away.  It is the worst in the mornings for some reason.  I have been using lavender and melaleuca on it for two weeks, and the last few days I have been taking it in veggie caps as well for the last two days along with oregano.  This is really miserable and I need it to go away.  Any ideas what is causing this and what I can do about it?  Thanks in advance.
