Thank you all for these wonderful suggestions. I'm beginning to come out of the brain fog so have better concentration which really helps.
Since bergamont is okay to take internally, I'm going to do that - I just placed my Dec. order so should have it in a few days. I don't want to use it on my head because of its photosensitivity.
I've been taking frankincense internally as well as using topically and have used peppermint on my temples and back of neck.

I hit my head on concrete two weeks ago. No fracture or bleed (had CT scan a week later because headaches were pretty bad). Headaches have subsided a bit. Biggest problems are lack of concentration and overall weakness. I've been using frankincense daily both internally, on brain acupressure points on big toes, and back of neck/jaw. I'm also using balance daily too. Any other suggestions?
