ok -- here is my answer from product support:

We wouldn't expect any issues with the fractionated coconut oil you have consumed.  It has been fractionated for stability so it doesn't contain the same health benefits as whole coconut oil so it is recommended for topical use as a carrier oil.  Dilution is for topical use because of skin sensitivity, it is not necessary to dilute for internal use in a capsule.  If using internally on the tongue it may be irritating and dilution would be recommended.
