[Everything doTERRA] Re: diluting oiils and taking internally

there is one protocol i found on pinterest that calls for putting cinnamon and lemon in 1 TSP of FCO and taking it (because the cinnamon is hot) - but the bottle says for topical use only....so i guess i don't know what to say.  :/ - i'm confused now...

Question for the group : I have been diluting oils for years now with doterra's fraction coconut oils. Problem is, for example, with oregano and cinnamon esp, I take these internally and I know they have to be diluted. All this time I have been diluting them with the fractioned coconut oil and putting them in capsules and swallowing or putting in water and swishing and swallowing. Dr Hill recommends Oregano, among other oils, to be taken internally to fight viruses. Of course, I have been taking these internally with the FCO mixed in so it's not too strong and now I just read that the FCO says for topical use only!  Concerned I have been hurting myself and our family.  Anything info you can give me about this would be helpful.

Also - when recommendations are made for oils to be taken internally - and they are the strong ones that recommend dilution, are we supposed to be doing it without diluting them?  Thank you for your help!!
