Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: New roller caps from convention. Disappointed.

Sometimes I have to tap mine firmly against my palm to free up the roller.  These rollers are the only way I've been able to use a drop or two of oil at a time, I'm more of a 3-4 drop person:)

Using the roller cap tipped at an angle and pulling against the sides helps remove the tops just like it will with reducers.  I've finished off one bottle and put the metal roller on a replacement bottle without any problems. Someone made a Youtube video showing how to remove reducers and roller-tops from bottles, I'm so glad they shared.

I have had a bottle of peppermint that one of the rollers wouldn't sit right on.  I tried that roller on another bottle and it worked fine.  Eventually I found a roller that sat firmly on the peppermint, I guess with millions of bottles in production that's bound to happen.

I've had some issues with mine too, not wanting to work all the time.  I'm only using one right now since it's been a little problematic....  Maybe they just need to break in.  When I first put it on the ball would not roll at all, my husband had to fix it because I must have pushed down on the ball and it jammed in place.  Once he fixed it, we were able to get the ball rolling, but it's not consistent.  Lesson learned, don't push on the ball.... :-)

Has anyone who bought the roller caps at convention been able to fit them on the 15 ml bottles?  I can't get it to fit all the way into the bottle and when I screw the cap on, it bulges on the top and doesn't push the roller down into the bottle where it should be.
