Hi Linda - I start with one drop of each in 1 T of FCO, let person try it and adjust from there if need be but most of the time that ratio seems to work. Every now and then someone may not get the relief that we both were hoping for and I will add another drop of wintergreen (as long as they didn't feel the mixture was to warm to begin with), if that is the case I usually add another drop of cypress and lemongrass. I actually like to mix it in a bottle with a dropper lid. I'm sure you could put it in a roller bottle with no problems, I have just noticed that my patients hands hurt so much sometimes that to grip a bottle and roll is tougher than squeezing the dropper and applying 2-3 drops on the affected area.
