[Everything doTERRA] Re: fear of failing and possibly wasting oils

Firstly, the oils that are listed in the Modern Essentials book are in order of suggested use.  Not everyone has all the oils and sometimes we may need to choose the oil that sits with us too but we do have a choice.

Secondly, it is quite simple to work out the cost per drop because we know that there are 250 drops per 15ml bottle, so divide the drops by the cost and you have your answer. There are plenty of people on this forum who have shared spreadsheets with these costs on but probably they have not been updated.

Less is more with doTERRA as the oils are extremely potent.  I only use two drops on myself at a time, sometimes only one.    

We all have to start somewhere and it's wonderful that you have decided to use natural solutions for your family's healthcare.  This forum is a great place to learn if you do not have an upline or anyone holding classes near you.

 But I was at first.  so I "wasted" the oil.  then, do I just need to do one drop...assuming that one will do it....or when do I know I need more? 

 

And how much carier oil per drop do I need...I fear I am not using enough and thus, using more oil than I need.

 

Out of curiosity, later I plan to sit down and figure out how much each drop costs of each oil...just so I can see if I am really saving money....or if I am wasting more money than I should by using more EO's than I need.

 

Does anybody here have any little tricks or tips they can share with me about how NOT to waste the EO's so I can get the most of my little bottles??  Thanks.
