Thank you! A friend also suggested it could be TMJ< which I DID have years ago from an accident but it has been so long I forgot the symptoms! LOL

If it is your lymph nodes, I'd personally do skin brushing and jumping on a rebounder (trampoline). Both of these things help to wake up the lymphatic system and keep it moving. There's a really good chart on greensmoothiegirl.com on skin brushing. Just go to her site and do a search for skin brushing. A couple of years ago I had a few swollen lymph nodes in my neck. They stuck around for a good year. Then I did a GX Assist cleanse, started the LLV supplements and started jumping on the neighbor's trampoline with my kids. I'm not sure which thing did it or if it was a combo that caused my lymph nodes to go back down to regular size. But something did the trick.
