Mix some wild orange and peppermint in a small bottle. When you need a pick me up just put a drop or two in the palm of your hands and then smell it. Great pick-me up. Also I put a drop or two of peppermint in water or slim and sassy in the afternoon to keep me going. Watch for food triggers that tend to make you tired. Are you getting your lows after you eat lunch? If so, try adding and good salad of dark greens and cutting out the white four and sugary products. They tend to bring me down.
