I'm attaching what one of my friends did for hers (she had both knees
done). The doc was amazed at how well she healed. I also know she was
taking LLV. I thought I had seen that Pat had said that oils wouldn't
dissolve stitches recently, if that is not accurate then I'd apply right
near and rub in. Another pain blend option that I've been using when
Deep Blue doesn't seem to cut the pain is DDR Prime oil, marjoram and
FCO. [Typically when it is something like a torn rotator cuff (I add
helichrysum when there is damage].
