Skin rashes are sometimes a sign of candida. I would keep trying the GX/PB protocol next month. Perhaps refraining from white products - bread, potatoes, sugar, etc may help with the itchy toes. R u taking LLV? Terrazyme? maybe these will help you too.
You can also get yourself tested on a Zytoscan to see what oils your body needs or do a muscle test.

Im glad that my experience can help others because I was very confused when it happened to me. At that time nothing topically helped me. I tried lavander, frankincense, melaleuca, lavander with VCO,. My family even made me try cortisone cream, and I did a few times (against my will) and it didn't help neither. The itch and rash last almost 3 weeks. It was gone when I finished my 2nd GX cleanse.
