Well, I just read up on this on Web MD

apparently it says not to use oils because they can trap bacteria on
the skin. now, i don't know if this applies to our oils, I can't
imagine it would since our oils are anti-bacterial. but just in case,
maybe have him exfoliate the area first, before using the oils? just a
suggestion
