Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Is this allowed??

I was told yesterday that some of these sales on Ebay are for enrollment kits and they include you enrolling under them. and the price for a Family Physicians kit with enrollment is $125! why would they enroll under me? Unless they understood the benefit of getting the mentoring that I could give them.

I am forwarding your email to legal, and no one is creating a Pyramid. You need to not use that without totally understanding what a Pyramid scheme is (its what Madoff did).

DoTerra was created as a Direct Sales Company that teaches people how to use essential oils for wellness, I do hate seeing them on all these sites but I do so much better running my business in the way it was intended, and not expending my energies over what I have no control over.

I hope you find resolution.

It is very painful to see what is going on.

I had conversation with Mikki from legal department a month ago.

She told me about $1000 deposit, and she explained that legal department doing this TO LIMIT THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ON EBAY AND AMAZON.

In reality it mean, they want to eliminate people like ME and MOST OF YOU

If somebody use DOTERRA as business and do not care about products, they just build the PIRAMID, they do not do any DIRECT SALE, but just sale oils on Amazon and Ebay.

They can give $1000 to legal department and flood the amazon and ebay with oils and other doterra products.

But if you will decide to sell one extra bottle, you need to give legal department $1000 first. You can't give $1000 or think it is make no sense for you. So legal department eliminate you and give green light to real problem.

Some people now understand, that it is no sense to work honestly with legal department and put their oils on internet for the price they want.

After this new $1000 rule by legal, sales on amazon/ebay went up more than 3 times.

Legal hired new people, but they do nothing.

I just went through Amazon today for 5 minutes. Look what I found.

The same seller, HEALTH & PERSONAL CARE (Ships from and sold by kjcactusbooks) have a lot Essential oils in stock.

Whisper for $24.99 no tax low shipping. ONLY 8 in stock

http://www.amazon.com/doTerra-Whisper-Essential-Oil-Blend/dp/B004O23YLC/ref=aag_m_pw_dp?ie=UTF8&m=A3LFGC8453LW27

Elevation for $39, no tax, ONLY 2 left.

Slim and sassy kit $200 – only 4 left

http://www.amazon.com/doTerra-Slim-Sassy-Trim-Kit/dp/B004O224TA/ref=aag_m_pw_dp?ie=UTF8&m=A3LFGC8453LW27

Even better Slim and Sassy kit for $175 – only 4 left

http://www.amazon.com/Complete-Slim-Sassy-Weight-Loss/dp/B005OBO196/ref=pd_sim_sbs_hpc_3

I do not know how to stop it, but legal department doing nothing, except, it helps dishonest people to use DOTERRA as PIRAMID, and allow them Internet sale instead of Direct sale.

I run into similar problem. I do monthly presentations for big groups of people. They all like the info and oils, but on follow up not many buy oils from me even wholesale recently. I become intrigued and start calling some of them and asking why they don't want to buy oils at good price from me. What I fined out that about 80% of people who attended my presentations, compared Doterra prices with eBay/Amazon and both from them below wholesale, no taxes and half of shipping cost! People today can do comparing right there on iphones. I become very discouraged, to do all the work for nothing and buying myself wholesale oils from Doterra, if I can get them cheaper on eBay. Lets flood Doterra with our letters and survayes about this and make them to do something about this!

I came across this website today and at first thought it was probably ok that they were selling cleaning kits, home health kits, etc, with doTERRA oils. That was until I noticed that they're incorporating doTERRA's name on their labels and in their marketing. Is this allowed? I know this was recently brought up when we were discussing the Peaceful Child Blend, which as I'll reiterate does NOT get marketed with doTERRA in the name of the product. But something about this site just isn't sitting well with me. Here's the site http://www.myessentialoilkits.com

Can someone help me understand whether this is within the policy manual's guidelines?

Also, what is doTERRA doing about all of the sellers on Amazon, selling doTERRA product? It is overwhelming when a friend tells me she bought Deep Blue Rub for $32, free shipping, off Amazon.

Thanks in advance!
