I'm new to the oils, but am also a breast feeding mother. the big concern with doing anything for weight loss is that the baby may ingest whatever the mom is taking or that the milk will be affected. My personal opinion is she should wait until she is done nursing. She will continue to lose weight nursing a long as she is eating a balanced diet.
