For general wellness. I am 67 years old and have a history of severe bronchitis every single year and also I have degenerative disc in my lower back.

I am on the LLV, I use oils topically as needed or desired, I take the capsule for the past month as suggested by Dr. Hill. Since I started using doTerra (2008) I have had one slight cold and no back pain and never again have I had bronchitis.

I am one healthy grandma, and right now am treating a knee problem with oils and it is doing so much better.

Love this company and live and love the product.

I looked to see if I could find the answer to this but can't. Why do most web sites state that Franki should not be taken internally? But everywhere with doterra it states that it can be taken internally? I have a friend who wants to take franki but won't until she is sure that it is safe. Blake
