My daughter  has PMDD which is a very bad case of PMS.  She only feels
 good a couple of weeks out of the month.  I've tried giving her some
 oils that are supposed to be good for PMS, such as clary sage, but she
 hasn't found them to be helpful at all.  Any suggestions?  I'm really
 new at this.
