Well said Pat...I was with YL for 14 years...if it had not been for YL we would not be here...that being said, at convention 2014 we were asked to watch on the social media and website ;language...our team did this right away...my opinion is this is for the better all the way around...it adds clarity to what we do !!! Our classes have not changed that much, when we are in a public forum we are very much aware of what we say ! Maggie

We are a company that is product driven, we will stay at the top due to our integrity, our research and our desire to serve others. Just look at our Helping Hands Foundation, no other company can compare. 

So lets use our positive energy in spreading the word of essential oils and never use our energy in negativity.

I certainly agree...I am saddened as well and feel like the enthusiasm all around has taken a dive.  And even more sadly in my area it seems YL reps have taken full advantage of that and gone to the extreme and post like crazy and have grown tremendously. I try to stay completely positive with my team but just seem to be losing the battle as everyone is feeling frustraed where it was completely opposite before. I hope I can turn that around as I truly love what I do and believe in these oils i hope there will be some exciting new products to boost the mood as well as some training that can retrain us on how to teach classes. Thanks for this great forum.
