TerraZyme is a great enzyme  to help in the breakdown of our food intake.  I have been using everyday since they came out since my body doesn't digest like it use to.  Enzymes are important in helping our body absorb the nutrients while breaking down the food to keep moving through our body.  It is suggested to take with meals i now need to do that but use to take at bedtime only.  Works with upset stomach too.  P B Assist is probiotics not enzymes.

She offers her own enzymes, but I wondered which doTerra product would accomplish the same thing. I have most of the products used in the 30 day renewal cleanse. I am looking for something that would be taken daily, but not necessarily with every meal that would aid in digesting food. Thanks! Sz
