The reason you see so many suggestions is the difference in everyone's body and what works for one doesn't always work for others. It also takes a definite commitment from the individual using the oils. They have to be consistent in their protocols.
The supplements are an important part of maintaining and supporting good health both emotionally and physically. The new emotional oils would be a great starting point along with Balance. And if you know how to muscle test him that would also be a vital part of his progress. And of course he has to have the desire for change.
