and are they powder in a capsule or are they pills...pills don't break down well...and look at the amounts, we were told at convention by the LLV developer, Dr. Scmidt, that if a supplement ingredient is way high, your body cannot utilize it and it can be harmful...I simply trust doTERRA and all the bio-chemists we have ! We are going to start making LLV to fit particular regions in the world...what a Japanese person needs a North American person needs will be different and they will adjust for each country...pretty slick !
