I too have sensitive teeth and have had bleeding guns on and off all my adult life. I started using the tooth paste over a year ago and I love it. I haven't suffered from blessing gums or sensitivity.  I've also stopped using anticeptic mouthwashes which is what I used to use to prevent bleeding gums. Soi it's a major thumbs up from me. The only niggle ibefote On Guard toothpaste.  I'm not crazy about titanium dioxide being included in the ingredients, maybe someone could clarify why it is and why a less controversial ingredient cannot be substituted. In any event titanium dioxide is one of the most common elements in the earth and do it's everywhere and virtually impossible to avoid. In any event I'm happier with the toothpaste than consuming those chemical based mouthwashes and 'other' toothpastes. Thank you everyone for all the help and I'm glad to be able to contribute.
