Re: [Everything doTERRA] Slim & Sassy

I am pretty sure I was just listening to some testimonials last year on you tube and others had shared how they felt more emotionally stable. It was after that when I started to realize that I too was feeling more emotionally stable and felt like the slim and sassy was giving me that extra emotional upliftment that I needed to support me in letting go of my fast food addiction. I forgot to mention that I put 5 to 6 drops in 16 oz of water 5 times a day. I did the soft gels too but I oprefer that oil drops in my water because I feel that it helps me to remember to drink lots of water  We should be drinking about half our body weight in ounces per day. Let me know if you find anything from doTerra that supports the slim adn sassy helping emotionally.   Thanks   Mary

I have a wonderful testimony about slim and sassy.  I started a slim and sassy group in January and we meet twice s month and then right after we have an essential oils class.  I have let go of 15 pounds and I know that the slim and sassy really helped me to not only decrease my cravings physically but emotionally helped me to let go of unhealthy eating habits. I started using slim and sassy over a year ago. I give slim and sassy credit for assisting me in letting go of my emotional  addiction to fast food , I have gone 16 months now without eating at a fast food establishment . Woo hoo. This year I have up soda since January and again . I feel the slim and sassy has given me that strength I started a sugar detox program with my group yesterday and I am using the Dotetra cleans products, this is only day two but I am not feeling any side effects like headaches like I have had in the last while doing a detox . I know it's only day two but I am not craving sugars or carbs and I have a lot of energy. Sugars are so bad for our GI tract , I am looking forward to how I will feel three weeks from now . I am also using balance. Serenity lemon Rosemary and whisper.    Good luck.
