I call Bergamot the unsung hero! My daughter suffered from PTSD and it was a life savor for her. Diffuse it or swallow it, or both. Its a strong anti depressant, anti anxiety, mood stabilizer. My daughter with bi polar also takes it.
Add balance daily as well. Try topically or internally.If you get releif but quite enough, add vetiver and/or serenity. Vetiver quiets the mind.
I do emotional release work with many people who suffer from PTSD. Do this work in combination with these oils and you will have great success! I see this happen everyday. Its miraculous and such a blessing for those who suffer so deeply.
