My husband had this problem, we did as Pat said. This is how it is broken down. He stopped for a week, then chose the Alpha CRS, took one pill, once a day for three days, then switched to the Xeo mega and did the same and then switched to the Microplex. For him, the problem was the microplex. He started the zendocrine along with the gx/pb protocol and tried one Microplex every other day for three days(none of the other) and then rotated back around. Once he was done with the cleanse, it was better and he then started one pill of each once a day, if there is a reaction, drop back to every other day and keep up the zendocrine(we added Terrazyme). He is now on full dosages and no problems, just takes a little time and perseverance. :)

Some peoples body does not accept the balanced nutrition  easily so you have to go slow and easy to acclimate your body.
