I would be sucking on an on guard lozenge as often as possible during the flight. People on planes can get really weird about strong smells so i wouldn't apply much during the flight but before you get on you could apply balance, black pepper and on guard to your feet. Also I would be taking the on guard plus pills for a few days before and after. Good luck.
