I have allergies and have found Thyme, Marjoram, Basil, And Rosemary are very helpful. I put 2 drops each in a gelcap and take as needed through the day. Usually 1-2 times a day is enough. The triease cap doesn't help me as well either. If you look up the properties of these oils you will see that all of them have different properties that are helpful for relief from allergy symptoms. I found through experimenting that this combo I mentioned helps me well. The basil really helps with the stuffy head. Don't know about watery eyes as I don't always have that issue.
