I have allergies and have found Thyme, Marjoram, Basil, And Rosemary are very helpful. I put 2 drops each in a gelcap and take as needed through the day. Usually 1-2 times a day is enough. The triease cap doesn't help me as well either. If you look up the properties of these oils you will see that all of them have different properties that are helpful for relief from allergy symptoms.  I found through experimenting that this combo I mentioned helps me well. The basil really helps with the stuffy head.   Don't know about watery eyes as I don't always have that issue.

I've read where some experience success with Lemongrass. Lemon grass can be
a little hot, especially on sensitive skin like the back of the neck so I'd
dilute it with equal parts carrier oil.

On Saturday I was having seasonal issues that the TriEase wasn't controlling. I added Lime essential oil to my water and my issues dried right up.

I have heard that when you add melaleuca to the lemon lavender and

I don't think you should be scared, you should be educated. Essential oils
are very strong, 1 drop of chamomile is equivalent to 30+ cups of strong
