I found this the other day and thought it might help.
-- Made up a little batch of "quit-picks" for a friend who's been a smoker for years. Protocol is enough FCO to cover the bottom of a jar, 15 drops black pepper and 12 drops flavor oil (I used cinnamon, but I'm sure you could use mint or clove or any other to your taste) screw the lid down tight and let sit over night to allow the oils to absorb like a wick. Chew one as cravings hit. Medical research found that in different quit groups, the group that inhaled black pepper oils had cravings that were significantly reduced compared to those who didn't inhale the oil.

Could anyone tell me about oils that would be used to help with overcoming nicotine addiction. I have read that black pepper is often used but I can't find anything on how to use the oils (topically, aromatically, internally) for smoking addiction. Pat any help would be greatly appreciated.Warmest Regards,
