I have mild hypertension if not on meds or using oils - currently on oils only and doing fine, but monitoring carefully as I make this transition. I use full dose LLV and don't notice any BP spikes so far. Been on LLV about 13 months, but just recently up to full dose this last month. I'm in my 60's and have ongoing pain, so will stick with full dose LLV. It SO helps.
For any cold meds needs that I can't meet with oils, Coriciden makes a HBP line that works well for me. But I haven't needed it in some time, thanks to dōTERRA.
