[Everything doTERRA] Re: Alpha CRS and the Daily Nutrient Pack

I was wondering the same thing also, and would love to save money, am so glad Brenda mentioned the other reasons you'd want the LLV pack because I do fall within those needs so I guess I'll stick with it.  I take 4 of each every day as recommended and haven't had any issues with anything, I'm on my 2nd month of taking them now.  I do need to watch my BP, seems to go up temporarily if taking cold stuff, another reason I've turned to EO's :-).....so am curious if there is anything I need to be watchful of so that my BP doesn't rise from the LLV.  I am used to taking high quality supplements where the levels are higher than the average multi vitamin (for over 5 years now), and do need the extra support for my immune system, so maybe that's why I don't have any issues taking them?

Just curious beings I've heard some say they can't take the full dose and they only take half.  Is there any literature giving more details on the supplements new vs old?

Just curious why anyone would not take the Alpha CRS included with the LLV 3 pack and get the Daily Nutrient Pack (2 pack) instead?  Have not had any problems taking the ALpha CRS myself and was curious why they came up with a pack without this supplement.  Thanks for the help.
