We don't have as many issues with the crs if you will ALWAYS do a slow start on the vitamins with anybody who goes on them. Sometimes we think Oh well, they are healthy, they can just start on the full dose. I always walk someone through a slow start. Because it doesn't seem to matter if they think they are healthy, there is no way to really know what is going on in the body. I tell them it is better to work with the body, so we do it this way. This is what I have them write down. The full dose is 4 out of each bottle per day, best if you split the dose--2 out of each bottle twice a day. Now, you are just going to take 1 out of each bottle for a week. 7 days. that is it. preferably in the morning. then, after that 7 days (if there body has a ton of issues we might go to 10 days). Then we bring in the next dose. 1 out of each bottle in the morning and 1 out of each bottle in the early pm. Do that for about 7 days. Then the third dose, take 2 out of each bottle in the am, and leave the pm dose at 1. do that for about 7 days. Then you are ready for the last and final dose. 2 out of each bottle in the am and 2 out of each bottle in the pm.
If you follow that, you have less, way less, people who say they can't take the CRS or any of the them. They can tolerate them so much easier. It is all about working with the body, and we never know what is going on in there. That is the same reason we do a slow start on the GX assist. Work with the body. Hope that helps. You will get less people with any kind of issue if you do that.

Just curious why anyone would not take the Alpha CRS included with the LLV 3 pack and get the Daily Nutrient Pack (2 pack) instead? Have not had any problems taking the ALpha CRS myself and was curious why they came up with a pack without this supplement. Thanks for the help.
