What is the terrazyme? Is this an oil or capsule.supplement? I've been dealing with constipation not getting much relief from the oils yet, hard to say nothing immediate anyway. I've tried Rosemary marjoram, digest zen and lemon grass. I did get a little movement after some lemon grass I think. I will continue with the digestzen, I'm drinking it, putting it in tea, don't know if I rubbed it on my belly, the others I did. I will continue with it but would like to try the terrazyme as I've heard that mentioned a couple times for this issue. Thank you!
