I contacted product support and this is their reply,  its also how you get the MSDS sheets.

Thank you for your inquiry. doTERRA has MSDS sheets on file for our products and follows all regulatory requirements in this regard.  We provide MSDS sheets to entities that need them in order to satisfy regulatory requirements.  It is our policy that if healthcare facilities and other regulated facilities can provide a contact person, business name, business address, business phone and business e-mail and the specific products they would like to carry, we will document this request and provide the MSDS documents directly to that business.
