Re: [Everything doTERRA] Bursitis and bone spurs in hip

Suzanne,

When you are that sensitive to the oils I would suggest you only use one oil at a time topically. I know that lemongrass supports and maintains good bone health, keeping them free of spurs and such. You would however always use coconut oil with it as it can be a warm oil.

Apparently I have very sensitive skin in certain areas. I applied lemon grass, marjoram, frankincense, and FCO along where my leg meets my hip--more toward the groin, but only about halfway. The area is now bright red and burning and has been for two days. I use the same oils on my knees with no problem! I have a lot of pain in my hip from both bursitis and bone spurs. I had been using cypress without much relief. If I were to take the oils internally would it work also work? When I had a UTI, I tried using the oils topically, but within two days I broke out in a rash. I switched to internally with great success. Thanks, Sz
