[Everything doTERRA] Re: Tri Ease

I have had a lifetime of pretty severe allergies.  For me, the tri-ease just isn't enough.  About 3 1/2 years ago, I was talking to Dr. Hill about how severe the allergies are for me, he suggested for me with severe ones, to take 5 drops lemon, 5 drops lavender, and 5 drops peppermint in a capsule twice/three times a day.  I have rarely had to do it 3 times a day.  Then, after I have done this for a few days (depending on what is blooming) I can then switch to the "normal" thing I do, which is 2 drops each of those in a swish of water.  That will keep up on it from there on out.  Keep in mine, more often is better if they get out of hand to get on top of it, so what I do is this:  when I wake up, or whenever and they are getting bad, I put my 2 drops lemon, 2 drops lavender and 2 drops peppermint in a swish of water, then wait 15 minutes, do it again, and then if it is not gone, I can do that maybe 1 or 2 more times 15 min. apart till they are under control.  Once I am on top of them, I can then gap it--maybe do it again at lunch time then again at night--or whenever needed.  But during the severe times, I wake up and make my capsule of 5 drops each, take it, and if severe, I will make the swish (2 each) and take that when I take the capsule because the capsule takes about 30-40 min. to kick in.  That has worked fabulous for me.  Nor for slight allergies though(5 drops each) that would be more for severe allergies.  Hence, that is why tri-ease doesn't cut it for me.  I would have to double it.

I have been taking TriEase for my allergy. The bottle says 1-2 a day, could a person take more than 2 in a 24 hour period if allegies get bad? Thanks in advance.
