I have seen many respond to Geranium in Organic Cocnut oil topically. Like Pat said it's not a one size fits all with Eczema. Oh and goggle excema- it's often considered an allergic reaction, extreme dryness, and auto--immune response. I have found if it's not topically induced it tends to be the body using the skin as a chimney to eliminate waist.
Probiotics, PB Assit can be helpful, TerraZyme can be. - how is his digestion? Is he gassy too? Id try that direction if so to help his body rid itself of the cause. His diet may be different in the winter, are winter dryer where he lives? Hydration of his body as well as the site could be key. Does he get lower back aches, bed wetting? Maybe Zendicrine supplement & oil topically could help his filter organs be supported and gently cleansed- I 1/2 adult doses for children and pills can be put in apple sauce or a bit of smoothy. Lots of factors can effect it. Even laundry. Asking lots of questions can help figure out the best way to supprt his little body to heal. If you do a serch on here there are other ideas people use to assist the body to heal excema too.
